The Comeback Is Built in the Process
We celebrate the resurrection. We preach the victory. We quote the breakthrough. But nobody wants to talk about the three days in the tomb.
And yet — the three days were not a delay. They were the process.
"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." — Romans 8:28
All things. Not the comfortable things. Not the things that make sense. All things. The loss, the betrayal, the season that felt like silence, the door that closed — God is working in all of it.
The Word for Today
This message is for the one who is in the middle of the process right now and cannot see the end. You are not stuck. You are being built. The character being formed in you during this season is the very thing that will sustain the blessing when it arrives.
Watch this word. Let it anchor you.
What the Process Produces
The process produces things the shortcut never could:
- Depth — shallow roots cannot hold tall trees
- Discernment — you learn to hear God's voice in the wilderness
- Gratitude — what you fought for, you will not take for granted
- Authority — you cannot speak to a storm you have never survived
A Prayer
Lord, I trust You in the process. I will not despise the season I am in. I believe You are working — even now, even here, even in this. Build in me what only the process can produce. Amen.
