Today's Word: Fear Has No Authority Here
Fear is loud. But it is not sovereign. God has not given you a spirit of fear — and that means every fearful thought that enters your mind is operating without authorization.
Fear Has No Authority Here
Fear is one of the enemy's oldest weapons. And it works — not because it is true, but because it is loud. It speaks in the language of worst-case scenarios. It shows you the version of the future where everything falls apart. It makes the unknown feel like a threat.
But here is what the Word says:
"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." — 2 Timothy 1:7
Read that again. God has not given you fear. Which means — if fear is present, it did not come from your Father. It is an unauthorized voice operating in your mind without permission.
The Word for Today
This video message is a direct confrontation with the fear that has been speaking over your life. Watch it. Receive it. And then speak back to the fear with the authority God has already given you.
You were not built to be controlled by what you cannot see. You were built to walk by faith.
Evicting Fear
Fear loses its power when you:
- Name it — identify exactly what you are afraid of; unnamed fear grows in the dark
- Bring it to God — cast your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7)
- Replace it with the Word — every fearful thought has a scripture that dismantles it
- Act anyway — courage is not the absence of fear; it is moving forward in spite of it
A Prayer
Lord, I reject the spirit of fear in my life. I receive the spirit of power, love, and a sound mind that You have given me. I will not be moved by what I see. I will be moved by what You said. Amen.
